Hi, I’m Carly, a certified yoga teacher, reiki master, and holistic wellness advocate with a background in Health & Wellness Promotion. I followed my passion for mind-body healing, deepening my practice through yoga and Reiki.
As a Pisces, my intuitive nature has always guided me, but these healing modalities have allowed me to embrace it even more. Through teaching and working with diverse individuals, I’ve witnessed the profound impact of holistic healing. I believe that our bodies, minds, and spirits hold the power to heal, and I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom.
